The data represents an increase of 11,5% over the second quarter of 2017. When analysed yearly, the housing real estate transactions before notary in the last twelve months reached 559.469, which amounts to a12,1% increase over the preceding 12 months.
By municipality, those which registered a larger amount of tradings during the second quarter, are Madrid (12.949), Barcelona (4.184), Valencia (3.039), Seville (2.514), Zaragoza (2.415), Málaga (2.338), Alicante (2.003) and Palma de Mallorca (1.714).
