Spain climbs three places over the 2016 edition, being now 19th. The report also analyses real estate transparency by cities and Barcelona and Madrid are placed at number 28 and 29 respectively in the top 50 ranking of the best cities.
London heads the ranking of the most transparent cities wihin the real estate market, which reflects its position as a preferred destination. Los Angeles, Sydney, San Francisco and New York close the top 5. Manilla, Buenos Aires and Ho Chi Min City close the top 50.
